liquid screed price cost per m2
This very much depends on factors including amount of screed needed & location of jobsite
example larger areas would be cheaper than smaller areas per m2
liquid screed thickness
Flowing screed can be laid at 50mm on top of underfloor heating as opposed to the 65mm to 75mm required with traditional sand and cement screed, so the drying times are substantially reduced. More importantly though, your underfloor heating can warm the room faster because not only is flowing screed more efficient but there is less material for the heat to transfer through.
